Q. What makes wise films different from other videographers?
A. The quality of our work and the time we devote to each of our couples. Wise Films consists of me (Ethan) and a second shooter. We aim to get to know every one of our couples on a personal level. This allows us to create a wedding film that is unique to their story and personalities. Because of this, we only take on a select number of weddings each year. When you book Wise Films, you know you will be taken care of. We are very fast to respond to emails and we are easy to work with.
We also do not outsource any of our filming, editing, and packaging. We pride ourselves on customer service and creating the best possible experience for our couples. On the big day, we make sure to be considerate and professional while working alongside the other vendors to make your day go smoothly. Oh and if someone tells us they cried after watching one of our films, we know we did something right.

Q. Where are you based?
A. We are based out of Baltimore, MD but willing to travel wherever love takes us. We frequently film weddings in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC and Pennsylvania.
Q. do you have insurance?
A. Yes, Wise Films is insured. We have liability insurance and equipment insurance through State Farm Insurance Co.
Q. Do i have to feed you?
A. Well, it's true. We work much better on a full stomach. So, yes, a "vendor meal" while the guests are dining is very much appreciated!
Thank you!
Thank you!
Q. I already have a photographer do I need a videogapher?
A. Don't get me wrong, photography is essential for your wedding. But a photo is just one frame meaning words and motion are lost. Being able to hear your father's speech and see the way your partner nails the dip at the end of the first dance is something only video can provide. When the day finally arrives, everything will go by so quickly. Your dress will be put away, cake will be eaten, and flowers tossed out. A wedding film will only go up in value with time and allow you to truly relive every moment.
Q. Can you explain the "full ceremony and reception speeches" edit?
A. In our middle package, we provide the full ceremony and reception speeches with professional audio. These films are edited using multiple camera angles and allow you to relive the events as the unfolded in real time. In our top package, along with the full ceremony, we include every single event during the reception in full.
Q. How do you work with the photographers?
A. We make it a priority to contact the photographers beforehand to introduce ourselves; and to figure out a game plan. On the big day, we make sure to be considerate and work alongside them so that we both get the shots we need. We also contact the other vendors to establish a relationship with them. Your wedding is important to us, and we do everything we can to make sure it runs smoothly.
Q. When can we expect the films to be completed?
A. We will have your 45-60 second Teaser Film finished within 72 hours of your wedding day. The hype is real and we love to get that Teaser Film out as fast as possible! Your Highlights Film and Documentary Film will be finished within two-four months.
Q. you sound awesome. what are the next steps?
A. Great! Thanks for saying we sound awesome.
